This year's BJELL symposium, in collaboration with Berkeley's Center for Law and Work and Center for Consumer Law and Economic Justice, will focus on forced arbitration in America. It will include a keynote address by Justice Goodwin Liu, of the California Supreme Court, along with three panel discussions, featuring some of the most impactful scholars and advocates researching, litigating, and creating policy around forced arbitration today.
