Lijim Lau, a lawyer with experience working in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Toronto, Singapore, and the Bay Area will join us to share his insights. Recently, the Supreme Court has favored "history and tradition" in its constitutional interpretation. What does this mean for a rapidly changing world, faced with problems that past generations never could have imagined? Join us for a presentation with the Honorable John K.
