Berkeley Law’s Wage Justice Clinic helps people with employers who pay less than minimum wage, a common problem for non-English speaking, minority, and immigrant workers. Under lawyer supervision, students conduct intakes and legal research, investigate claims, draft demand letters, and represent clients at settlement conferences and hearings.
