
Overall, 99% of UC Berkeley Law’s Class of 2024 was employed nine months after graduation, a school record since tracking such data. Nearly two-thirds (64%) began their careers at law firms, nearly 22% in public interest or public sector jobs, and 18% obtained judicial clerkships for the current or future terms. The school also ranked No. 1 last year for most California Attorney General Honors Program selections, and seventh among U.S. law schools for sending the highest percentage of 2024 J.D. graduates into associate jobs at America’s largest 500 law firms (58%).
