UC Berkeley Law’s Ramona Collins received the 2025 Distinguished Librarian Award, which recognizes excellence in librarianship that furthers the university’s teaching and research missions. Presented every other year, the campus award honors someone who has made a major impact on the campus community and/or the library profession. Collins joined the Law Library in 2001 and currently oversees its circulation desk team. “Not only is Ramona dedicated and smart, she’s kind, funny, and the heart of the library,” says Associate Dean of the Law Library Jessica Whytock.
