The Berkeley Judicial Institute will host its first symposium on April 12. A stellar roster of judges, lawyers, and academics will address the need for federal judiciary reform at the day-long event. Topics will include changes to jurisdiction, Supreme Court term or age limits, case management practices, and other pressing issues.
