Eric Stover delivered the Yap Thiam Hien Foundation’s annual human rights lecture recently in Indonesia, where he was born. Stover, introduced by foundation Chair Todung Mulya Lubis LL.M. ’78, decried the use of torture to combat terrorism and the need for forensic investigation of human rights abuses worldwide.
