Berkeley Law students make up nearly half of this year’s California Lawyers Association (CLA) Environmental Law Section Diversity & Inclusion Fellows — five of the 12 selections. Those chosen are recognized as outstanding law students committed to careers in environmental, energy, land use, and natural resources law. 2L Lily Moser, 2L Anthony Nguyen, 3L Ben Regas, 3L Abbie Sedillos, and 2L Amulya Yerrapotu (pictured) received funding for summer jobs at a participating government agency or public interest organization, were matched with mentors who practice in the field, and received access to webinars, career panels, and networking events. They also gained free registration to the CLA’s 35th annual Environmental Law Conference near Yosemite National Park in October.
