UC Berkeley and UCLA law schools have released a new report calling on California to increase its biofuel production. The project is one in a series by lead author Ethan Elkind, associate dir. of the Climate Change Initiative at CLEE and UCLA. Elkind, now at the UN climate talks, says local biofuel production can help reduce carbon emissions and boost the state economy.
