Alexa Koenig Ph.D. ’13 will receive UC Berkeley’s Mark Bingham Award for Excellence in Achievement by Young Alumni. Executive director of the Human Rights Center, she leads its Human Rights Investigations Lab, where students document evidence of war crimes and other atrocities for criminal courts worldwide.
