A new report from our Berkeley Center for Law & Technology (BCLT), Year in Review: 2025, highlights its prolific work supporting students, academics, and practitioners. For students, BCLT helped navigate earlier recruiting with 36 sponsor firms participating in 15 career-focused events designed to bolster professional growth and career exploration. Led by Executive Director Wayne Stacy (pictured), the center assisted over 60% of the first-year class in learning about practice areas and firms available to aspiring tech lawyers, helped offer more than 50 courses, and supported 13 tech-focused student groups.
