Our Berkeley Center for Law and Business partnered with two organizations in producing a resource guide for the Nov. 5 election to help businesses limit the potential risks of corporate civic engagement and promote employee voter participation. As workers face voting time and accessibility constraints and bosses fear legal repercussions from time off to vote policies, the guide serves employees and employers alike.
