Professor Pamela Samuelson was named one of the 50 most influential people in intellectual property by the journal Managing Intellectual Property. She is one of just six women and five academics on the list. A cyberlaw, information policy, and digital copyright law pioneer, Samuelson is also a leading scholar in software protection.
