PARKING
Memorial — September 14, 2018
There are a number of public parking lots and facilities near International House. The list below includes municipal and privately owned parking lots and garages open to the public. Please consult signs for hours and fees prior to entering the facilities.
- Stadium Parking Garage — 2175 Piedmont Avenue
- Telegraph Channing Garage — 2450 Durant Avenue
- Bancroft Center Garage — 2558 Bancroft Way
There is street and metered parking near the University, but be diligent about reading parking restrictions, as the regulations and schedules are strictly enforced by the City of Berkeley.
Conference — September 15, 2018
Parking on or near campus will be severely limited on Saturday, September 15, due to the Cal Football home game. Using public transportation or ride share is strongly recommended.
BART
If you travel via BART, get off at the Downtown Berkeley station along the Richmond line. The station is located one block from the west side of campus. International House and the Berkeley Law School are located on the southeast corner of campus. (See map.)
Be aware that the 20- 25 minute walk from the Downtown Berkeley station is on an uphill incline. Taxis are available at the intersection of Shattuck Avenue and Center Street.
Alternatively, the Rockridge BART station is convenient by bus transfer to the 51A that runs along College Avenue.
