The Human Rights Center issues reports and research notes on current projects. HRC faculty and staff also contribute articles and book chapters resulting from research projects, as well as author and edit books on emerging topics in international justice and humanitarian law.
Recent reports have looked at safe shelters for sexual and gender-based violence survivors as well as accountability for sexual violence; the experience of witnesses in international courts; and digital technology in human rights investigations. Reports and working papers are available for electronic download on our site or at the California Digital Library’s eScholarship repository. Hard copies may be requested by contacting the Human Rights Center at hrc(at)berkeley(dot)edu or 510-642-0965.
