
Madeline Bradshaw is a Prison Reform Policy Analyst at the UC Berkeley Criminal Law & Justice Center, where she supports research and policy work related to the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA). Madeline brings a background in economic welfare and development, with experience working on expanding access to essential services including housing, child care, transportation, and health care. Her work has focused on how policy design, regulation, and implementation shape access and outcomes across public systems. She is trained in policy and data analysis and is committed to research that supports effective, evidence-informed policy solutions. Madeline holds a Master of Public Policy from UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy.
