
Ianina Gabriela Lipara, Administrative Director, brings over 15 years of expertise in criminal law and international judicial cooperation. At CLJC, she manages strategic research teams focusing on AI in the administration of justice and the Prison Rape Elimination Initiative, as well as the Center’s operations team.
Previously, Ianina served as Team Lead for the EJN Secretariat at Eurojust (European Union), where she focused on cross-border electronic evidence, digitalization, and developing judicial cooperation networks across the globe. She also served as Key Expert to the United Nations Electronic Evidence Working Group. Additionally, she contributed to the CEDAW implementation manual at The Netherlands Institute for Human Rights and represented victims of crimes against humanity and human rights violations in Argentina.
Her academic credentials include an LL.M. in European and Public International Law from Utrecht University and qualification as an Attorney from the University of Buenos Aires. Ianina was awarded the Prince Bernhard Scholarship for her research on state responsibility and judicial cooperation.
