Ianina Gabriela Lipara, Administrative Director at the Criminal Law and Justice Center at Berkeley Law, brings over 15 years of expertise in criminal law and international judicial cooperation. Previously, working for the European Union as Team Lead for the EJN Secretariat at Eurojust, she focused on cross-border electronic evidence, digitalization, and criminal justice networks. Ianina also contributed to the CEDAW implementation manual at The Netherlands Institute for Human Rights and, during her practice period, represented victims of crimes against humanity in Argentina.
Her academic credentials include a master’s degree in European and Public International Law from Utrecht University and qualification as an Attorney from the University of Buenos Aires, supported by the Prince Bernhard scholarship for her research on state responsibility and judicial cooperation.
