Deborah Lambe is a Senior Policy Associate at Berkeley Law’s Center for Law, Energy & the Environment (CLEE). Her research addresses water policy, climate change, air and water quality, land use, and land conservation. Deborah’s most recent work recommends changes in California water law to facilitate adaptation to climate change.
Before joining CLEE, Deborah practiced environmental law at the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority and before that at Latham & Watkins. She has a BA and a JD from Berkeley, and an MA in Public Administration from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
