The Berkeley Law Energy & Environmental Awards Banquet is an additional sponsorship program that partners can elect to support together with their Partners membership, or as a stand-alone opportunity.
- Green Level: $5,000
- Blue Level: $2,500
- Gold (Graduate of the Last Decade) Level: $500
The Banquet brings together Berkeley Law faculty, students, alumni, and guests from the environmental and energy law community. The banquet is an opportunity to appreciate and recognize outstanding students and witness the annual student-run Ecology Law Journal’s leadership transition ritual. The Banquet also marks Berkeley Law’s commitment to its public mission by highlighting the achievements of a senior practitioner who has made significant contributions to the community and the world. Former award recipients include former Assemblymember and AB 32 author Fran Pavley (2007), now-California EPA Secretary Jared Blumenfeld (2010), and U.S. Congressman Jared Huffman (2018).
All Banquet supporters are acknowledged with name and logo placement in CLEE’s battery of live, print, and digital communications to an audience of more than 5,500 students, alumni, and community members. The event will take place live or virtually, depending on the community health situation.
