Matt Armsby

Matt Armsby is the Vice President at Resources Legacy Fund, where he helps set strategic direction and manages work tied to state and federal policies, including climate adaptation and coastal protection. He previously served as an environmental law and policy fellow and clinical attorney at Stanford Law School’s Environmental Law Clinic and as an Early Career Legal Fellow at the Center for Ocean Solutions. Matt is a graduate of Stanford Law School. While Matt does not have a prior history of financial giving to UC Berkeley, his current leadership at RLF aligns deeply with CLEE’s policy goals, and he offers a vital bridge to one of CLEE’s existing funding partners.
