Jill E. Adams and Melissa Mikesell to speak at Symposium on Dismantling Reproductive Injustices: The Hyde Amendment & Criminalization of Self-Induced Abortion

The Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law has invited leading scholars and practitioners in the fields of reproductive justice, feminist jurisprudence, and queer legal theory to write and present on themes relating to the Hyde Amendment and self-induced abortion. In particular, speakers have been asked to focus on the intersections of access to reproductive healthcare and gender identity, poverty, race, ethnicity and culture.
