SUMMARY OF PROGRAM
Compliance is a rapidly growing and increasingly important function in companies all over the world. Compliance is also becoming evermore complex as companies grapple with adhering to international standards and norms, as well as new legislation and regulation in areas such as corruption, ethics, and human rights. To help train lawyers and compliance professionals for this changing ethical, legal, and regulatory landscape, world-renowned faculty from the University of California’s schools of law, business, and psychology will present a six-day professional certificate program on key topics in compliance. This academic perspective will be grounded in a real world examination of compliance challenges which will be presented by leading attorneys at Hughes Hubbard and in-house legal and compliance experts from large European companies.
Upon completion of the program participants will earn a Berkeley Law Certificate in Compliance.
