Join Partners Amy Parigi and Ryan Bricker from Verso Law, who filed an influential amicus brief in the Supreme Court’s Jack Daniel’s v. VIP Products case, for a discussion on the boundaries between trademark protection and artistic freedom. Moderated by Professor Sonia Katyal, this conversation will examine when creative expression can invoke First Amendment protection against trademark claims and the practical implications for artists who incorporate commercial symbols into their work.
