FJC proviso regarding AI Use by Federal Judges:
Westlaw, Lexis, and Bloomberg offer generative AI features in their products, but these features are not currently available for Judiciary- wide use. On recommendation of the Task Force, FJC Leadership has referred the matter of enabling these features for Judiciary users to six committees of the Judicial Conference for consideration. The Task Force will hold its next meeting in October 2026.
