BCLT and the Media Law Resource Center are proud to present our annual examination of emerging legal issues surrounding digital content in today’s multi-platform world. Topics this year include Section 230 reform, the implications of the Google v. Oracle copyright decision, privacy laws affecting online platforms, and the emerging trend of governments around the world seeking to facilitate (or to force) payments to news organizations from big tech companies.
