The Annual BCLT Privacy Law Forum has become the most important privacy conference in the country! Over 650 privacy law specialists have already registered for this year’s upcoming forum being held on February 24th. Bridging academia and practice, this conference brings together in-house counsel from leading tech companies, practicing lawyers, regulators, privacy advocates, and academics. Faculty from the UC Berkeley School of Law will share their latest research and analysis, and leading privacy experts from law firms, companies, and government agencies will offer fresh insight and practical advice on meeting urgent privacy challenges.

We are very excited about this year’s agenda, and our roster of stellar participants! Special presentations include:

  • Keynote by Phil Weiser, Colorado Attorney General and former Dean, University of Colorado School of Law
  • A panel on Session 3 CCPA: Jennifer Urban, CPPA Chair, Clinical Professor of Law; Director, Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic; and Co-Director, Berkeley Center for Law & Technology, UC Berkeley School of Law
  • Presentation of the 2022 BCLT Privacy Award to honoree Anita L. Allen, Henry R. Silverman Professor of Law and Professor of Philosophy, University of Pennsylvania Law School
The 10th Annual BCLT Privacy Law Forum promises to be one of our most highly attended and international! A fully virtual program has allowed us to reach a global audience, and registration numbers have already broken all PLF attendance records! Don’t miss it!
