The conference, which will be held in person at The Faculty Club at UC Berkeley on Thursday, March 12, 2026, is hosted by the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law and the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology. This marquee event brings together leading executives, industry professionals, attorneys, athletes, talent, and students to discuss the leading topics in sports, entertainment, law, business, and culture.

This year, the conference’s theme is “Rewriting the Playbook: Ownership, Player Rights, and the Digital Evolution of Sports.”
