Ryan S. Lincoln

Ryan S. Lincoln is a litigation associate in the San Francisco Office of Nixon Peabody LLP and Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law for the Fall 2014 semester. His legal practice focuses on commercial litigation, and he has an active pro bono practice relating to human rights, asylum, and immigration. His scholarship has been published in the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law, University of San Francisco Law Review, Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law and Justice, and the Berkeley Journal of International Law. He earned the J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (2011), Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School (2004), and Bachelors of Art from the University of Missouri (2002). He is a member of the California Bar.
