At most sessions, an invited speaker from Berkeley or elsewhere will present work in progress, and then take questions from students and faculty in the audience. Speakers will include prominent scholars in the fields of law, accounting, and business. Students will write three short papers, one in advance of each of three of the speakers. A schedule of the speakers will be available at the Program in Law and Economics website.
Course website will be available on bCourses.
