Emily Robin Griffith’s practice centers on federal enforcement, climate justice, and the intersection of environmental health and human rights. She served as an Assistant Regional Counsel at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9 handling complex litigation under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act and the Oil Pollution Act, including serving in the incident command for major wildfires and humanitarian disaster response.
Concurrently, Griffith is an Adjunct Professor at UC Law San Francisco, where she teaches Climate Justice and Environmental Advocacy. Her work has contributed to national environmental justice and climate initiatives, and has been nationally recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice. She earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
