Emily Bruce is a Lecturer in Residence in the Legal Studies Program at UC Berkeley School of Law. Ms. Bruce graduated from Princeton University, magna cum laude, with a degree in Comparative Literature and a certificate in Latin American Studies. She earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2002. In 2002-2003, Ms. Bruce was a law clerk for then-Chief Justice Alexander O. Bryner of the Alaska Supreme Court. Before joining Berkeley Law, Ms. Bruce was a litigation associate at Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, LLP and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Michigan Law School, where she taught Legal Practice.
