Elena Liveris teaches LL.M. Legal Research and Writing. Elena practiced as a litigator for over fifteen years, focusing on complex and class action litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts. She represented employee and retiree participants of 401(k) and employee stock ownership plans in significant ERISA class actions. Prior to private practice, Elena interned at Legal Aid at Work and externed at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Elena has also taught legal research and writing courses in the J.D. programs at Santa Clara Law and University of San Francisco Law.
