On March 11, 2011 the Berkeley Center for Law and Business (BCLB) and the Berkeley Business Law Journal (BBLJ) co-hosted a spring symposium entitled, “Financial Regulatory Reform: Dodd-Frank and Beyond.” This video features the first panel from the symposium, “Securitization & Governance.” The panel featured Dwight M.
