DTEN Instructions
Wireless connection with laptop
On your laptop – Log into Zoom with the Zoom desktop application using SSO.
Turn on DTEN by touching the screen or using the settings button on the back of the TV.
Select Zoom on the DTEN.
Pair with the DTEN by pressing the pairing button on the zoom application on your laptop.
Enter in the sharing key (located on the top right corner of the DTEN).
Join or Start New Meeting on laptop – Enter Meeting ID and password, if prompted.
Select – Start from room and as companion
Do not join computer audio or video on the laptop’s Zoom application.
The DTEN handles all of the audio/visual.
If you want to share content from your computer –
go back to the home page on Zoom and select the Share Screen icon.
Monitor Mode Only
If you want to use the DTEN as a stand-alone monitor (no use of camera or microphone) –
Connect your laptop using the HDMI cable inside of the table. The DTEN will switch to Monitor Mode automatically.

To Mirror or Duplicate your desktop to the DTEN:

- Go to Laptop System Settings:
- Mirror or Duplicate your desktop to the projection screen
- Shortcuts:
- Mac – hold Command button and press F1
- PC – hold Windows button and press P
For Mac OS:
Navigate to the Apple dropdown menu on the top left corner of the desktop.
Select > System Settings > Displays > Use as > Mirror for DTEN Board
For Windows:
Navigate to the Windows button on the bottom left of the desktop.
Select > Settings > Display > Under Multiple displays > Duplicate these displays
To have your program audio come out of the room speakers:
Go to Laptop System Settings > Sound > Output and Select DTEN Board
