Structure
This three-day program features sessions on financial statement analysis and corporate valuation. Each day, we introduce and apply key concepts from finance and accounting through a combination of interactive lectures, exercises, case studies, and other real-world applications.

Capstone
The capstone is a real-time valuation project which builds on all the concepts taught in the program. Participants will engage in a real-time, real-life simulation of a private equity buy-out. The capstone project will help you unlock the power of financial information analysis through hands-on practice.
