Professor Amanda Tyler welcomes Susan Hennessey and Benjamin Wittes, executive editor and editor in chief of Lawfare, in conversation about their new book “Unmaking the Presidency” and its connection to the Administration’s handling of the Covid-19 pandemic. Hennessey is a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution and a CNN contributor; she was previously an attorney at the National Security Agency. Wittes is a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution and the author of Law and the Long War and The Future of Violence, among other books.
