The American Bar Association’s Women in Mergers and Acquisitions Subcommittee hosts panels at several top law schools each year, which are intended to introduce women law students to M&A, provide insight into the practice from seasoned law firm professionals and dispel myths about what it’s like to be a successful M&A lawyer. This event is presented by the Women in Business Law Initiative.
