We will be discussing three short blog posts from the LPE blog from constitutional scholars about the constitutional crisis and address the following questions:
How do we confront an order distorted by the concentration of power in the executive branch and by judicial supremacy?
How do we reorient American foreign policy away from the bipartisan commitments that have produced endless war?
What would a Reconstructionist Constitutional Politics look like?
These events are open only to UC Berkeley Law students, faculty, and staff, unless otherwise noted.
