The Path to Abundance: The Legal, Policy, and Political Challenges of the Abundance Agenda

Join Students for Abundance at Berkeley and Housers at Berkeley for a private dinner with Berkeley Law Professor Eric Biber to discuss his latest paper, The Path to Abundance. The paper explores the central tension between legal and regulatory barriers that can slow down housing, clean energy, and infrastructure and reform efforts that have real political and policy tradeoffs. This will be a small, discussion-based dinner. Accepted participants are expected to read the paper in advance and have questions prepared. Free food will be provided.
