The Next Evolution of Arbitration? The NFL, Race Discrimination, and the Fight over Arbitration Agreements

The NFL has been thrown for big losses in two recent decisions rejecting arbitration. One case concerns a race discrimination class action pursued by Black football coaches. A second case involves a coach who resigned after racist and sexist emails were disclosed. Is an arbitration Super Bowl in the forecast for the Supreme Court? Lunch will be served.
