Among the most impactful cases this past Supreme Court term were Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo and SEC v. Jarkesy. Come learn about these cases and their potential economic impact from Dr. Sohan Dasgupta, a proud Berkeley Law alum. Dr. Dasgupta is a current partner at Taft Stettinius & Hollister and a former Deputy General Counsel for the US Department of Homeland Security. Commentary will be provided by Professor Orin Kerr and lunch will be served on a first come, first served basis.
