Wednesday, April 10, 2019 @ 12:45 pm - 2:00 pm

What will the future of human rights litigation look like given recent Supreme Court cases? Are US courts even still a valid option to seek justice? Join the Berkeley Journal of International Law and the Miller Institute for Global Challenges and the Law for a moderated discussion with two of the leading experts on the Alien Tort Statute, Paul Hoffman and Jeffrey Fisher, as they share their views on the future of the ATS, and what domestic human rights litigation looks like today. The discussion will be moderated by Tamara Morgenthau of the International Human Rights Law Clinic.

Lunch will be served!
