Are ESG-linked executive compensation plans making companies more sustainable—or just rewarding companies for doing the bare minimum? As companies rush to link C-suite pay to sustainability targets, new research raises critical questions about whether these metrics truly deliver long-term value or align with stakeholder priorities. Are these plans a step forward for sustainability or just another metric that’s too easy to game? Join us on December 11 at 2:00pm PT for a thought-provoking conversation to challenge assumptions and explore whether ESG incentives are the key to a sustainable future—or a distraction from it.
