Tackling Arbitration with Radvocate: A Consumer Law Talk

Tuesday, September 10, 2019 @ 12:50 pm - 1:50 pm

Consumer arbitration was supposed to be a fast, efficient and fair way to resolve disputes affecting tens of millions of U.S. consumers every year – but no one is using it. Can tech make this new venue live up to its promise? Join Teel Lidow to learn about how Silicon Valley is working to close the access to justice gap for American consumers, and how it will affect the future of consumer law.

Teel Lidow is the CEO and founder of Radvocate, a seed-stage legal-tech company that helps consumers resolve disputes with major companies. Prior to founding Radvocate, Teel was the Senior Manager of Research and Development at LegalZoom and a Corporate Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore. Teel holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Princeton and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
