Self Assessment Tools Workshop

LL.M Students: Research shows that people in careers that are well-matched to their strengths, interests, and values tend to be more engaged, satisfied, and successful in their careers. It is therefore well worth your time to engage in this self-assessment – whether you are planning next steps in your current role or approaching a job search. In this workshop, we will explore exercises to help you identify your strengths, interests, and values and discuss how to use this knowledge in your career planning.

Pre-work: Please review the Self-Assessment Video series on bCourses and take the VIA Core Strengths Survey to get the most out of the workshop (all of which should take about 45 minutes). We also recommend completing the Values exercise if you have an additional 15 minutes.
