Riesenfeld Symposium - Seeking Truth & Accountability for Mass Atrocities - March 14th, 2023 @ Booth Auditorium

The Berkeley Journal of International Law is hosting its annual Riesenfeld Symposium, co-sponsored by the Miller Center. This year’s topic explores the intersection of international law, accountability for mass atrocities, and journalism. Our keynote speaker flying in from Ukraine is Sevgil Musaieva, Editor-in-Chief of Ukrainska Pravda. There will be three panels: (1) Litigating Mass Atrocities; (2) State Responses to Mass Atrocities; and (3) Reporting on Mass Atrocities.

Lunch and coffee are provided, and there will be an evening reception (5:30pm onwards) at the Bancroft Hotel with dinner and drinks.

Please join us and register here for free.
