Please join Election Law @ Berkeley for a panel on restoring voting rights to the formerly incarcerated. Expert panelists will discuss the historical foundations of disenfranchisement, recent political movements to restore voting rights, both nationwide and in California, and how restoring rights fits with other criminal justice reform work. Lunch will be provided.
