Law school and the legal profession are stressful. Mindfulness can be an essential tool to manage that stress and to be a better advocate! Join us as we learn together how pausing to breathe can improve our personal and professional lives.  No experience is necessary! Even if you've never meditated before or think you're "bad" at meditation, join us! The purpose of our Mindfulness community is to support others wherever they're at.
