Mid-Week Mindfulness is a space for connecting as a community and for practicing techniques to quiet the mind. In times of uncertainty, practicing mindfulness meditation together may help to support well-being and resilience.
Community check-in starts at 1:00, followed by a 15-minute guided meditation.
