Mid-day Mindfulness

Mindfulness:  An essential tool in your  lawyering toolkit! Come learn how you can manage stress, increase focus, and be more efficient. Become a wiser, more compassionate lawyer. Prof. Judi Cohen (Founder, Warrior One: Mindfulness Training for the Legal Mind) will share her thoughts on how mindfulness can be used in legal practice. She will then lead us in mindful movement and reflective sitting.  All are welcome-students, visiting scholars, faculty, staff. No experience necessary!  Meet in the Goldberg Room (Simon 297).
